Something a little bit Scottish – perhaps as a memento of a trip to Scotland or the Scottish Highlands!  This beautiful wee Stags Head is made from copper foil sandwiched inbetween two layers of Bullseye Tekta clear glass. It has a Bannockburn tartan hanging loop which has been decorated with a plum purple wooden drum bead. The wall hanging measures approximately 6 cm x 9 cm but the total length including the Bannockburn tartan ribbon hanging loop is approximately 18 cm.  

No two Stag Head wall hangings are identical as depending on the texture of the copper foil when it is cut out – ie if it remains smooth after firing it will keep its red coppery colour but if crinkled a little will turn an amazing shade of blue – sometimes of course you will get a combination of both blue and red!  Also as air becomes trapped inbetween the two layers of clear glass this creates bubbles – some Stag Head wall hangings will have lots of bubbles, others will have very few which therefore makes each wall hanging unique.
